Hello! I'm Tipa! Nice to meet you! I'm rather awkward in conversations o please bear with me.

I am 16 but will soon be 17 and will be starting senior year in high school.

I'm an otaku and love it! Some of my favorite animes and mangas are Hetalia, Fullmetal Alchemist, Pandora Hearts and Pokemon Adventures.

I also play a lot of videogames like Okami, Portal (1&2), and Xian Jian Qi Xia Zhuan series (despite not knowing much mandarin ><).

I also have become a fan of Doctor Who but have so far only watched the new series and nothing of the older version.

This site looks nice and I'm looking forward to finishing my character so that I can join in on the fun. ^_^

Hey Tipa :D! I'm Jeeves, welcome to the site. I really want to watch Doctor Who, but it's such a daunting task to watch so much... I guess I'll start with the new series eventually. FMA (Both versions) and Pokemon Adventures are TOTALLY AWESOME (R/S arc is my favorite), and I've seen snipbits of the Hetalia dub that are funny, but I'm not so keen on the Yaoi thing... sorry, just not me. I really should play Okami soon, it looks like such a great game, and Portal is one of my favorite series ever.

Senior year was my favorite year of highschool- I hope you enjoy it! ^.^

I have a question. Whats an otaku? o.O I am unfamiliar with that word. Also, I watched a bit of Hetalia. I thought it was pretty clever, but despite that, I didn't enjoy it too much. I watch Fairy Tail and some Gundam anime, though!

I love, Okami, too! I played it at my dad's house a couple summers ago. I got sooo close to finishing it, but I couldn't quite get it done before I had to leave... D: Its kinda depressing.

DOCTOR WHO OMG~ I've never watched the older ones, but I am a HUGE fan of the new ones. <3<3<3 I'm not totally caught up with all the series that have Matt Smith as the Doctor, but I've watched all of the series that had Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant. Yay for Doctor Who~~

Oh, and this site is awesome. I'm sure you'll love it! We'll have to roleplay together! :D I play TX Lorelei (obviously) and Robin Fallamhan, a training-major teacher. ^.^

an otaku in America is usually a person who is an intense fan of anime/manga/video games though in Japan it is a negative term.

I started on the new series too. I love David Tennant as the Doctor and was sad to see him go but I also really like Matt Smith as the doctor. He's a lot of fun! ^_^

Oh, thanks for explaining that! I took a bit of Japanese in highschool, but never came across that term. I learn more everyday! xD

David Tennant is my favorite Doctor, I think. But you're right, Matt Smith is hilarious! So awesome! xD Have you ever watched any Torchwood? In my opinion, its not as good as Doctor Who. Its aimed more toward adult audiences... but they have some good stuff, too.

Will you be using the character that's in your avvie & signature for your character's playby? Because she's very pretty. What is she from?

^^ no problem, wish I knew some japanese! We don't get any asian language classes in my school, just spanish and french.

No I never got around to Torchwood or any other spin off show. But sounds good! :)

Yeah she is, though it was hard finding some pictures of her game design. She's from a Taiwanese pc game called Xian Jian Qi Xia Zhuan 3 (it's english name is commonly either Chinese Paladin or Legend of Sword and Fairy).

My school got lucky with languages- we have Japanese, Chinese, German, Spanish, and American Sign Language! Cool, right? Ah, I love my high school. I'm gonna miss it this year while I'm in college!!

Tipa~ me again. :3 I noticed (because I'm a lazy bum who doesn't have a life so she spends all her time on this forum, lulz) that you haven't made / joined any sort of rp thread yet- and I just wanted to say that if you wanted to roleplay, well... I'm here almost all day. xDD I could mod a wild pokemon thread, or I could rp with you with Lorelei/Robin.... or I could do both, like giselle/flora is doing in suicine shores.
