restricted starter pokemon.

these are pokemon that are considered so rare that they might not even really exist. these pokemon may not be chosen for your character's starter pokemon. unless your character is a teacher; then they can have any six pokemon team they would like. included in this list are all fossil pokemon. obviously, you can't have a legendary as a starter pokemon, either. common sense.

first of all, remember that only members of staff can make wild pokémon appear. any wild pokémon that appear will be played by the mod who made them appear or in some cases, another mod, until they are defeated or caught, or the thread is finished without them doing anything. however, some pokémon appear very rarely, and only admins can make them appear. a list of these restricted pokémon is below. only first forms are listed; it should be common sense that their evolutions are included as well.
