She was finally here at the academy and yet she was even more nervous then before. Sitting there in her black and chrome wheel chair she pulled on the dark blue fabric of her jeans. Rolling up the ends of the long pants so that her white tennis shoes could be seen. However the white socks she wore couldn't be spotted for they where still under the jeans. Wearing her jeans was rather hot in the heat of the summer sun, as were wearing tennis shoes, but she didn't know what to wear for her first day here. Being unsure if this was one of those stuck up snobby places or not. So far it didn't appear to be some snobby rich kid school so she was pleased that she wear just a simple light yellow tee shirt with white flowers and black butterflies on it. Her hair was up out of her face and off of her neck, held there by two white ribbons that created loose ponytails in her pink hair.
Fingers gripping around the chrome ring that is attached to both wheels on her chair as she pushes her hands backwards, pushing her chair forward. There have been a couple stares from people as she went by on the campus. Mostly from other students for she doesn't believe she has came upon any professors as of yet. She had received her pokemon from the academy - a lovely Pansage that enjoys to be called Jack. She was also given a gift by someone else from the school. The gift was a Petilil holding a Sunstone no less which means ones she gains some more levels she'll be able to evolve which was just lovely. Currently the Petilil who loves to be called Autumn was sitting in her lap enjoying the feel of the sun upon her green body and the feel of the breeze blowing against her as well.
Amanda was looking for a place to buy a bottle of water. Being rather thirsty and all the water bottle she had sticking out of the black bag that hung around the rear of her chair was empty. It was a reusable pink water bottle, but where ever she got some more water from she would change out the bottles. That is if the water was in a bottle. If she found a drinking fountain that would be even better. Turning her head from the left to the right her pink eyes looked over everything in the courtyard. This is a rather nice place. She thought to herself. No doubt she would probably spend a lot of her free time out in the courtyard. Why not? She was able to get around on it and it was out in the fresh air. Seeing someone in the courtyard walking by she spoke up. "Excuse me, but do you happen to know where I could buy some water or find a drinking fountain?" She asked however the person didn't seem to hear her as they just kept on walking. Letting out a sigh she came to a stop near the north end of the courtyard and looked at Autumn who smiled back up at her.

After her encounter in the underground tunnels with the Makuhita, Lorelei finally summoned enough courage to brave the Ledom Academy campus. Nothing could relax the up-and-coming trainer like a little spelunking and a little interaction with her beloved Pokemon. And so, here she was. She had decided to pick the least intimidating area of the campus to start out at- the courtyard.
Lorelei entered the courtyard cautiously and hesitantly, at the north end, somewhat near Amanda and Autumn. It wasn't too busy at the moment, but it definitely wasn't empty, either. Groups of people gather here and there and there was a pleasant buzz of noise- people conversing pleasantly, feet scuffing against the ground as people walked to and fro.
Lorelei slowly began to relax as she watched the people around her interact with one another. This wasn't so bad. For some reason, she had expected everyone to drop everything and stare at her as she walked in, as if somehow sensing that she didn't belong. Not only was this not so bad- this was actually enjoyable!
"Spoiiii~ Spoi spoi~" Trilled a loud, joyful voice from the left of Lorelei. Lorelei looked down and smiled at her Spoink, Jewel, who was bouncing back and forth and back and forth, like the silly bouncing Pokemon that she was. "What do you think, Jewel? Its pretty great here, yeah?" She asked. "Spoiiiink!" Shouted her Pokemon, most likely in agreement. Lorelei chuckled quietly, trying to ignore the looks that they were getting because of Jewel's loudness.
Then, a girl in a wheelchair caught her eye. She looked over at her. She used to know someone who was wheelchair-bound. He had been the school genius, and quite a friendly guy. So, Lorelei had no qualms about going over to the girl and introducing herself. Normally, she would have been a bit more shy, but the familiarity of the wheelchair actually encouraged Lorelei to take the first step and say hi.
"Hi! I'm Lorelei. And this," She said, taking a step to the side to reveal Jewel, "is Jewel, my Spoink."
