evan ray hart likes to think of himself as unique, but others claim he’s a spitting image of Luke Fon Fabre from tales of the abyss. despite his lack of maturity, he’s eighteen years old, and he was born on march 2nd. he doesn’t really have a passion for it, but he does enjoy training. he’s not really sure what he wants to do with his life, but having a bunch of beefy pokemon on his side doesn’t seem too bad. he’s pretty new around these parts, a first year in fact. evan has never fancied a boy. that probably makes him straight.

it's a good thing evan is such an agreeable guy, 'cause it's pretty obvious he couldn't really do much harm in a fight. he's a little shorter than the average male and seemingly muscleless. his frame is thin, with a little softness to his tummy and thighs.

like many in their teens, his face isn't immune to the hardships of acne. his skin is a little too oily, but he manages it with cleansers to keep the undesirable afflictions under control. his body is sprinkled in very light freckles, which are most noticeable on his back.

evan considers his thick hair to be his most attractive feature. he tends to it obsessively and is unwilling to miss a single day of styling. it has developed a bit of a frizz from all of this unnatural upkeep, but he refuses to accept that it's anything but perfect. he keeps it parted on the right, allowing his long bangs to fall over his left eye. it's layered, with a purposefully tousled look.

his fashion sense is very plain and neat. he enjoys untucked button-up shirts, and prefers pants to jeans. he's a little uncomfortable with seeing his own legs, so he avoids shorts whenever possible.

evan’s optimism may be his best feature. his upbeat attitude often seems impenetrable. humor is his favorite tension reliever, and he was gifted with an uncanny ability to giggle in even the most stressful situations. his favorite kinds of people are just like him: playful, loud, and confident.

he considers himself to be empathetic. from his point of view, he’s a great listener. yet truthfully, he has trouble dealing with emotional people. he unconsciously pushes away friends when they need him most, and instead gravitates around those who only show smiles on the surface. this has led to a multitude of shallow friendships and a lack of long-lasting bonds.

generally, he's an absolute people-pleaser. he’s generous with his compliments, and seems endearingly ignorant to other’s flaws. he’d also gladly bend the truth in order to avoid conflict. because of this, he’s often perceived as a pretty nice guy.

he's not afraid of much, although he does have an aversion to confined spaces. other intimidating things don't usually phase him. he's can be a little too danger-hungry at times. this desire for adrenaline has led to a couple of near-death experiences. many of these dangerous outings seem boring when done alone, so he has a tendency to pressure others into joining him. if they refuse, he will nag them relentlessly.

evan would never admit it, but he's absolutely unproductive and unambitious. from his perspective he’s simply “laid back”. he prefers to cruise through life, rarely fighting against the current. he doesn't have the slightest idea what he wants to accomplish in the long run, but he's decided to give training a chance. his siblings became trainers, and his parents were trainers, too. it seems natural that he should continue that cycle. perhaps he'll eventually discover his own passion to pursue. he doesn’t seem to be seeking it out, though.

he's a very flirtatious individual and fairly direct about his attraction. the mating process is a game he loves. he's had a handful of relationships, but they've all seemed like lengthy flings. secretly, he is constantly craving the idea of settling down with the perfect girl.
