First of all, let me say that the forum in general looks very lovely. The skin is nice, if a touch bright by some tastes, and the plot seems... I don't know. In all essence it really doesn't seem much different from any standard Pokemon School RP, but something about the way it's worded or some small detail I can't place just makes it stand out.
That said, I'm afraid as much as I wanted to, I simply cannot join, and there is one singular reason why. The lack of capitalization in the rules and forum descriptions kills my eyes. I in no way mean that in the ridiculous "O GAWD MAH EYEZ R BLEEDING" way; I honestly just cannot follow it. I made it through the first rule thread, but only barely, and in that I had to stop to relocate my place a good two dozen times if not more, each time taking far longer than it should have.
Breaking the paragraphs up into smaller segments would help as well, though as I'm sure you can see from my writing here (summary wut is this summary? *shot*) that alone doesn't bother me at all. It's completely the capitalization issue. At a glance in this font, there is not exceptional difference between commas and periods, and in a few places periods are used where commas technically should be anyway. This means it is very difficult- at least for some people, such as myself and a friend I showed the rules in complaining to her about how much it was hurting my eyes- to determine without an abnormal amount of searching where one thought ends and the next begins.
Yes, I am fully aware that it is only about four or five seconds as opposed to one, but there just really isn't a reason for it. Just as caps lock is not cruise control for cool, neither is the lack of caps. To more people than not, it doesn't make it look unique or interesting; to enough to consider it, it just makes it hard to read. Certainly the actual need of some must outweigh the whimsical preference of others, yes? At least enough to consider, slowly, just in your spare time, maybe working on editing little by little over time, mayhaps? :3 Obviously the site is doing pretty well for its age. I'm not trying to say "D< RAWR CHANGE IT NAO OR EVERYONE WILL HAET U" or anything. xP Just that you'd probably do better than you already do if it was more neutral as opposed to the polarized style. :3
(One especial bit that sort of turned me away as well was the quoted example of a well-written RP post; without the caps, calling it good just sparked the grammar nazi in me really hard. 'x3; I understand it was a stylistic thing in the whole topic, but logic does not help fight this instinct.)

On an unrelated note, I see you use enhanced table tags. If you don't already have it (and I can't see if you do, being a guest; if you do, please just ignore this~ :3), you guys should love [this code]. x3 It just makes any and every sort of formatting so much easier, heh~
:'3; So yeah. Just thought I'd let you guys know. I'll keep this place in mind, and I may eventually end up joining either way if I get restless and/or bored enough. x3 Best of luck. :3
