Oh, I didn’t notice you there. I hate to take time out of my busy day for something like this, but I guess you want to know who I am. My full name is William Lyell, but you can just call me Will for short. I am 18 years old, born on April 19th. I’ll get into why later in this interview, but I am a breeding major, and I’m in my 1st year of classes here, though I would abhor you if you mistook that for a lack of knowledge. For the ladies reading this application, I can confirm that I am heterosexual. I’ve been told by some colleagues that I look like Kyoya Ootori from Ouran High School Host Club, but I fail to see the connection. Personally, I think that I am much better looking than him. You want to know about my appearance as well? I don’t think it makes much difference, but I guess that is fine as well if you insist.

Well, I guess the best place to start is how I look overall. Even though I consider myself a hard worker and an intellectual, I’m not very “nerdy” looking. Most of my clothes are designer, and even the glasses that I wear are very fashionable. I’m not athletic in the slightest, which is a little surprising. In fact, if you look at me, I’m quite tall, around 5’11”, and possess a moderate build. But the fact remains that I’m not very strong at all. I have short, black hair and have brown eyes, which are slightly obscured by my glasses. My skin is pretty pale, due to me liking being inside far more than outside, and I like to wear darker clothing when available. Can we get on to the next part, please? I’d like to get this over with as soon as possible.

Well, I guess my prevailing personality trait that I am a Darwinist at heart. I believe that the strong survive and breed even stronger offspring, while the weak have no place in society. That is why I wish to become a breeder in a first place, since my biggest goal is to bring out the full potential of a certain species. Some may see this as sort of cruel, but I truly do like Pokemon, and only wish to help them make children that can survive as best as possible (Although if it does reflect well on me, I wouldn’t protest). My other goals would include gaining status and wealth as a breeder, for what I hope is obvious reasons. I wouldn’t be caught dead at the bottom of the social ladder, after all.

Putting aside modesty, I am quite the intellectual, and most of the time one would find me with my head in a book. I consider myself very hip, wearing only the newest clothes, and I am very calm and collected when presented with a problem, no matter how dire it may seem. I am also very honest, although this is both a positive and a negative, since I can often be too blunt with my honesty. I am a bit of a skeptic, and I won’t believe something that I don’t know from studying without solid evidence. I am a little overconfident at times, as I sometimes forget that, although I know most of my trade on paper, I don’t really have any real experience. I am quick to admit that I am not very good with people, especially considering how knowledgeable I am on the care of Pokemon. I often try to avoid conversations, even though, and I expect you to keep this an absolute secret, I really do need someone to talk to here. There’s no point on trying to get to the top if you’re all alone from the trip.

In terms of secrets, I don’t really keep much to myself, since I find it both a waste of energy and time to lie to others unless 100 percent necessary. The only things I really keep secret are my fears, since I don’t want to seem weak in front of others, especially since this is my first year of schooling here. That being said, I only really have two major fears. One of them is the failure to live up to the high goals that I have set for myself, and one of thunderstorms, which I regret much more.

Since listing everything that I like and dislike would take far too much time out of my day, I’ll just write down a list for you here…
