Instead of bombing the chat box with millions of questions, I decided to post them here. This board looked lonely, anyway. xD

1. How many moves can be used in one turn of a battle? I didn't see anything about this in the rules.

2. Is clamperl's demise a one-time thing, or can you play more than once?

3. I'm considering making a teacher once I've gotten a bit more settled into the forum, but I'm at a loss for what kind of subject to teach. Any suggestions? My mind is blank. x_o

4. I am slightly confused about how many threads a character can be in at one time. Relieve my confusion?

5. Will there be tests / exams and whatnot for our characters, or will our progress be only self-motivated and self-monitored?

1. two moves can be used. a dodge counts as a "move" so yeah. keep that in mind.

6. How does Pokemon catching work here? Do you have to make it faint first, or just weaken it, or befriend it, or any of the above?

7. In the rules, it says even the loser in a fight gets a level. Does this apply with wild Pokemon, too, when you battle then catch them? Do they go up a level, or do they remain the same level as when you battled them?

8. Another question along those same lines, does your Pokemon gain levels even when you catch the wild Pokemon? Or if there's a battle but neither one technically wins or loses (like a tie, or they decide to stop, or whatevs)?

my turn! okay. so, for number six: you can do any of the above. some students encounter pokemon who will do nothing but fight. others may meet some sweet little fellas who would join your team without struggle. you decide which path you wanna choose. for you makuhita, i recommend asking it to join you. c; moving on to number seven.. no. the pokemon you catch is the pokemon you fought. only your pokemon will gain a level because you instructed them and led them in the right direction, etc. wild pokemon did all fighting based on pure instinct. and, the last one! number eight: if it ends at a standstill with a wild pokemon, you will not gain a level. if you catch the pokemon, however, you will be awarded the default of one level. more if you roleplay it really well. c:
