You may be asking, WHY WAS THIS RE-OPENED?!?!? Or perhaps, WHY WAS THIS LOCKED IN THE FIRST PLACE?
Here is my answer, as posted in the questions board: "Since it says "the promotion will only last for a month or until we reach our twentieth member, not counting the staff," I can see that it must have been locked because of a miscalculation. We have 22 members, but 4 of those are staff, so we can have two more members join before it should actually be closed. I will reopen it (hopefully Flora will not smite me) and anybody who has not participated will be allowed to do so."
Thus, it is re-opened. If you have not participated, do it now or forever hold your peace.
